Apple Pie Moonshine

Ingredients

1 gallon of apple juice 1 gallon of apple cider 3 cups sugar 6 cinnamon sticks 1 bottle Everclear (750 ml)

Preparation

Mix everything but the alcohol in a large pot and cover. Bring to a boil and make sure the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, remove the cinnamon sticks, cool and then add alcohol. Makes 192 shots.
